UI/UX Designer

What you will do

• Design web, desktop, mobile, and embedded products from scratch applying best UI/UX practices.
• Negotiate and explain requirements, business objectives, and technical issues with clients, PMs, and development teams.
• Transform business requirements into design hypotheses and work in close collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Present design ideas and deliveries to clients and team members, negotiating solutions.
• Estimate work time and meet deadlines, including UI/UX design documentation development and implementation validation.
• Participate in roadmaps creation and Design Internship programs, with an option to mentor Junior UI Designers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing interfaces for both web and mobile.
• Strong experience in UX and UI, with the ability to build and test hypotheses.
• Familiarity with Material/HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CC.
• Knowledge of Atomic Design principles and experience in building complex design systems.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
