What you will do

• Develop and implement financial strategies, roadmaps, KPIs, and unit economic models.
• Forecast, optimize, and prevent cash flow gaps, and manage working capital.
• Create detailed financial models, plan budgets, and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare the business for raising capital (Seed, Series A), including pitch decks and financial due diligence.
• Set up management accounting systems and provide insights for decision-making.
• Implement best practices in financial operations and coordinate with external CPAs for US tax optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Consultant, CFO, or similar role (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of the US business and financial environment.
• Expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and practical way.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting and analytics systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, etc.).
• Proactive and able to work in a turbulent environment, explaining complex financial concepts to non-technical founders.
