Product Manager (Gaming): Leads and evolves the Playtesting Program for early game prototypes with an accent on scaling the program, cultivating playtesters, and ensuring robust testing capabilities. Location: Hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden, with opportunity to work up to two days a week from home. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What you will do

• Take holistic ownership of the Playtesting Program, defining and executing its strategy and expansion.
• Cultivate a thriving ecosystem of playtesters and ensure robust testing capabilities.
• Assess product-market fit and inform decisions about a prototype's future development.
• Actively build out internal capabilities for evaluating and testing ideas from external partners.
• Ensure successful execution of playtests, collaborating with User Research, Community, and development teams.
• Define, track, and drive efforts to meet key success metrics, continually improving the program for large-scale operation.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset for initiating and managing change.
• Proven experience scaling products and/or services in the tech industry, preferably gaming.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong project management and collaborative skills within a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate strategic business objectives into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Genuine passion for and active engagement with video games and industry trends.
