What you will do

• Analyze performance across key functions (demand generation, R&D, Member Support) to identify efficiency improvements.
• Build and own dynamic models and dashboards, including revenue and partnerships models.
• Design and lead reporting frameworks for leadership and board discussions.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
