What you will do

• Set financial guardrails and investment decision frameworks across new products, partnerships, and GTM motions.
• Own the economic hirify.global, including CAC/LTV, payback, contribution margin, and pricing strategy.
• Co-own the executive and Board-level financial narrative, architecting insights and recommendations.
• Own and evolve high-impact financial models for revenue forecasting, ROI, and investment decisions.
• Create review rhythms to drive cross-functional accountability, target setting, and strategic initiative tracking.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years across Strategic Finance, Growth Finance, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, ideally with GTM + fintech / SaaS exposure.
• Demonstrated ownership of capital allocation, commercial economics, and investment frameworks.
• Executive presence with a sharp POV; ability to pressure-test assumptions and drive decision clarity with C-suite.
• Proven track record managing managers/analysts, developing talent, and scaling teams.
• Deep financial modeling fluency and experience driving insight from systems like Salesforce, Looker, Adaptive/Anaplan/Mosaic.
