• Design and implement innovative software systems and APIs, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Mentor mid-to-senior level hirify.globalers and lead efforts to ensure software quality, scalability, and robustness.
• Lead key initiatives to improve efficiency, enhance system performance, and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and high-performing distributed systems.
• Strong grasp of software design principles, scalability, and system architecture.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Typescript, and Ruby.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, including AWS.
