Salary: $210,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and execute against technical investments ensuring the long-term quality, reliability, and performance.
• Build end-user facing functionality to meet complex product needs.
• Answer important and technically challenging questions related to enterprise workspaces and access controls.
• Define team norms, operating principles, and team culture.
• Design and scale granular permission models and access control systems.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high leverage technical investment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including several years building world-class product experiences.
• Tech leadership experience making key technical decisions and guiding a team through complex projects.
• Pragmatic and business-oriented with a focus on business impact and long-term maintainability.
• Empathetic communication skills for explaining technical decisions and brainstorming in real time.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Experience driving teams toward shared goals and navigating product ambiguity.
