What you will do

• Own the long-term architectural vision for hirify.global’s mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Act as a principal hands-on contributor on complex, high-visibility mobile initiatives, setting hirify.globalering excellence standards.
• Partner across mobile, web, and platform teams to create cohesive architectures and a consistent user experience.
• Define frameworks, development practices, and architectural patterns to enable faster team movement while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with product and design leadership to influence sequencing, investment areas, and technical strategy for mobile.
• Lead architecture reviews, guide performance optimization efforts, and identify technical risks to raise the overall technical bar.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling mobile applications, with ownership of large, production-grade mobile platforms.
• Deep expertise in React Native and strong mobile architecture skills, designing scalable systems across teams and products.
• Experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack), including performance tuning and native module development.
• Track record of leading complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and driving technical direction through influence.
• Strong architectural judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a bias toward durable, reusable solutions.
• Demonstrated success mentoring senior hirify.globalers, shaping technical culture, and raising the bar across an organization.
