About the role
Wolt’s Support teams are at the heart of the customer experience, supporting customers, merchants, and courier partners across multiple countries. As People Partner, Global Support, you’ll help bring Wolt’s people strategy to life across Shared Service Centers and stand-alone countries.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership: partnering closely with local and regional leaders, ensuring global people frameworks are executed thoughtfully at country level, and supporting scale, performance, and engagement in a fast-moving, international environment.

What you’ll be doing
— Partner with Regional and Country Heads as the main People Partner for assigned countries and Shared Service Centers
— Execute global people initiatives locally: compensation cycles, performance management, engagement, leadership development, and org design
— Lead compensation processes in your assigned markets
— Implement and maintain job profiles, levels, and workforce ratios aligned with global frameworks
— Run engagement and leadership development initiatives and help leaders turn insights into actions
— Monitor organisational health metrics (engagement, attrition, headcount, ratios) and drive local improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for
— Solid experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner, ideally in a multi-country or operational environment
— Hands-on experience with compensation cycles, performance processes, or people development programs
— Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence advising operational leaders
— Comfort working with people data and translating insights into practical actions
— Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset and ease working through change
— Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures (occasional travel may be required)
