What you will do
- Design clear and inspiring career paths and robust succession plans for key roles across the organization.
- Identify and develop talents through innovative talent and leadership programs.
- Implement modern learning experiences, transforming mandatory training into effective, digital workshops and e-learning solutions.
- Use data and metrics to measure the real impact of development initiatives on business results and engagement.
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 specialists passionate about education and development.
- Participate in international projects, co-creating and implementing group-wide solutions in talent development within the E.ON Group.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing L&D or talent management in a large, complex organization.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in adult learning, HR Tech, and AI in L&D.
- Ability to inspire people and present visions to TOP management.
- Fluent in Czech and English (C1).
- Decisions are based on data and metrics analysis, not just intuition.
