What you will do

  • Create 3D assets including characters, props, vehicles, buildings, and environments.
  • Sculpt high-poly and low-poly models for Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Texture and shade assets using Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Quixel.
  • Optimize models for real-time performance and implement them in the game engine.
  • Collaborate with the art director, animators, designers, developers, and technical team to maintain visual consistency.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and keeping up with current 3D art techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Art, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Experience with texturing tools including Substance Painter, Photoshop, or ZBrush.
  • Understanding of PBR workflows and strong knowledge of form, scale, proportion, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Ability to optimize models for real-time performance without compromising quality.
