What you will do
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients.
- Conduct outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
- Handle leads from marketing channels and customize messaging.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role in IT outsourcing, software development, or SaaS company.
- Proficient in lead generation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, common tech stacks, and industry trends.
- Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- The possibility of traveling abroad
