What you will do

• Develop competence strategy and create training materials for internal use.
• Maintain career path development for stream members, involving technology experts.
• Provide recommendations on hiring and dismissing employees within the stream.
• Consult on requirements for software and hardware development tools.
• Develop and maintain the process of interviewing internal and external candidates.
• Conduct internal staff competency assessments and organize training sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Profound knowledge in software development methodologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of software and technical architecture components.
• Expert-level proficiency in programming techniques.
• Knowledge of methods for software verification, validation, revision, and auditing.
• Knowledge of personnel management techniques and risk management methods.
