What you will do

• Take full ownership of the tech stack, ensuring overall reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define architecture and workflows for the booking platform and a custom Property Management System (PMS).
• Design and implement optimizations for integrations with third-party systems and external APIs.
• Partner with operations and marketing teams to identify and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Manage technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or application issues to keep the team productive.

Requirements

• Experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to optimize business processes.
• Proven ability to connect and manage third-party tools via external APIs.
• 2+ years of experience in server administration and environment optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with relational database management, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining live custom web applications.
• Must be comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for containerization.
• Proficiency with low-code automation tools such as Zapier.
• General knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python/Django environments.
• Familiarity with SysOps/DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools like Tableau or Metabase.
