What you will do

• Complete three challenging assignments within various IT teams across different business units.
• Work on topics including security, software development, AI, data engineering, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
• Participate in the Future Leaders Programme focused on personal leadership development.
• Receive technical training from senior leaders and experts on CI/CD, APIs, NN architecture, security, cloud, and data & AI.
• Become a member of a guild, such as the Engineering or Data Science Guild, for knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science), graduating before 1 September 2026.
• Maximum two years of work experience after graduation.
• Affinity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• DevOps mindset and strong learning agility.
• Good command of spoken and written English, as you’ll be working in an international environment.
