Salary: 63.000 Euros to 82.000 Euros annually

• Develop, coach, and mentor team members, being responsible for performance appraisals.
• Facilitate Scrum events, applying agile principles and practices to improve team maturity.
• Support the Product Owner and guide business stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility.
• Build a high-performance team and foster collaboration.
• Improve processes impacting the team.

Requirements

• Experience as Agile Team Manager/Scrum Master.
• PSM I certified.
• Broadcom / Vmware knowledge.
• Coaching, facilitation, and organization skills.
• Proactive and open attitude, team motivator.
• Effective communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
