Scrum Master

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, with required presence in the client or hirify.global office in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Protect the team from distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
• Facilitate essential agile ceremonies, ensuring team alignment.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to enhance value delivery using Customer-Centricity and Design Thinking techniques.
• Proactively manage dependencies and impediments, stepping in to remove blockers.
• Ensure squad readiness for S@S quarterly planning, including capacity checks and Azure DevOps readiness.
• Measure and improve team performance through OKRs and squad-specific value metrics, and coach on quality practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment (S@S, SAFe, or similar).
• Strong understanding of sprint execution, velocity, capacity, and delivery KPIs.
• Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and enabling team rhythm alignment.
• Demonstrated capability in dependency management and impediment removal.
• Working proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating S@S quarterly planning.
• Knowledge of built-in quality practices and automation.
• Background supporting IT security initiatives or UAT coordination.
