Location: Hybrid: Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our Berlin campus 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Act as the first line of defense for data-related inquiries, investigating data anomalies and fixing logic errors in tables.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from various internal databases.
• Design and build intuitive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track metric performance.
• Interact with business teams to understand their questions and turn them into clear, data-driven answers.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with big volumes of data.
• Experience in creating dashboards via business intelligence tools.
• Curious and analytical mindset, enjoying data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
• English: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Completed a Bachelor degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting or strategic/project management roles.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or retail.
• Completed a Master’s program.
