Senior Fullstack Engineer I (Fintech)

Location: Open to candidates based in Mexico or Argentina only.

Salary: $61,900 - $74,300 a year

What you will do

• Contribute as a Fullstack Engineer (estimated at 60|40 : FE|BE).
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Management, and Program Management to translate requirements into technical realities.
• Write clean, high-quality, well-tested code in Typescript (React) and Golang.
• Contribute ideas to ensure deliverability against roadmap & objectives.
• Make well-reasoned decisions about design & development trade-offs, balancing quality/performance & speed of delivery.
• Work with a distributed, multinational, and bilingual team with the need to switch between English & Spanish seamlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or similar technical or engineering focus), or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
• Experience with Typescript & React.
• Experience with Golang.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
• High autonomy and ability to hit deadlines & deliverable with little oversight.
• High degree of professional fluency in English (and Spanish).
• Open to candidates based in Mexico or Argentina only.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments technology or similar high-throughput mission-critical systems.
