Salary: $171,000 – $280,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Develop strategies and advance hirify.global’s engagement with the U.S. Congress.
• Manage relationships with House and Senate lawmakers and staff.
• Support the U.S. Public Policy and Partnerships team in meetings, briefings, and hearings.
• Facilitate collaboration with civil society and industry partners relevant to Congressional engagement.
• Shape strategic initiatives and policy documents.
• Represent hirify.global in private and public forums and prepare leaders for government engagements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (8+ years) and credibility in working with the U.S. federal government, particularly the executive branch and federal agencies.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the U.S. government, institutions, and processes, and key policy issues related to AI.
• Extensive experience in technology policy.
• Track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams (communications, policy, legal).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
