What you will do

• Apply Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms to solve business challenges and improve model accuracy and business impact.
• Collaborate with domain/customer teams to understand business context and apply relevant Deep Learning solutions.
• Pre-process data and perform feature engineering using Python, R, SQL, and cloud data pipelines.
• Design, develop, and deploy Deep Learning models using TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Develop NLP models for text classification, entity recognition, and image/video analysis models using Deep Learning algorithms and tools like Spacy and OpenCV.
• Optimize and tune Deep Learning models for accuracy and integrate them with other applications using REST APIs, deploying them on cloud or on-prem.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 12 years in applying Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms.
• Sufficient expertise in machine learning, mathematical, and statistical sciences.
• Proficiency in Python/R/SQL and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience in using Deep Learning models with text, speech, image, and video data.
• Knowledge of versioning & collaborative tools like Git/Github.
• Ability to work onsite in Indore, India.

Nice to have

• Keen contributor to open-source communities (e.g., Kaggle).
• Ability to process huge amounts of data using Pyspark/Hadoop.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Optimization/Genetic Algorithms.
• Experience with AI & Cognitive services platforms like Azure ML, IBM Watson, AWS Sagemaker, Google Cloud.
