What you will do

• Solve real-world client problems across industries by designing and building innovative ML/GenAI systems.
• Lead research and development of state-of-the-art Machine Learning and statistical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Product Managers, Business Stakeholders) to build end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Identify machine learning R&D initiatives with high potential applicability in industry.
• Work with hirify.global leadership and client executives to map business problems to advanced analytics and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering, or artificial intelligence.
• 4+ years of deep technical experience in Python, machine learning, and statistical methods.
• Proven experience applying advanced analytical, data science, and statistical methods in real-world engagements.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, QA/Risk Management, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling real-time ML applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in GenAI application development (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic flows) using API integration and orchestration tools such as LangChain, Crew.AI, or AutoGen.
• Deep learning expertise with libraries like PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
