TL;DR

Team Lead, Customer and Product Training: Establishing a new customer and product training function focused on enabling customers and internal teams to successfully adopt, deploy, and support products with an accent on building scalable onboarding and advanced product training. Focus on strengthening product readiness across teams and ensuring training aligns with product releases and deployment practices.

Location: Must be based in Burnaby, BC office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Maintain oversight of product and solution training programs, including course development and delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and execute training for customer onboarding, advanced product usage, and customer webinars.
  • Develop and deliver product training for internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to develop processes and templates for the customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and usage patterns to inform improvements to training programs.
  • Provide product training as part of new hire onboarding and communicate progress on training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in a technical or software-driven industry.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end training programs, including curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Prior experience in customer success or onboarding roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
