What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers and prospects to understand complex workforce management needs.
• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and demonstrations of WFM solutions.
• Support sales teams by responding to RFPs and creating tailored proposals.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance and mentoring within the team.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business impact.

Requirements

• English and Spanish fluency (C1+ level required).
• Technical and functional expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
• Comfortable with backend systems, scheduling engines, time & attendance, and workforce planning tools.
• Confidence interacting with executives and presenting complex solutions.
• Team-oriented, culturally open, and driven to find innovative solutions.
