What you will do

• Own and govern the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, including data models, integrations, security, and scalability.
• Act as the design authority for modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Translate business and process requirements into solution designs, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Define and govern CMDB and integration architecture, ensuring alignment with ITOM discovery and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle within a SIAM model.
• Drive platform evolution and contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT platforms.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Technical Architect on large-scale, multi-module implementations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, CMDB, and ITOM concepts.
• Expertise in integration patterns including REST, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and SIAM environments.
• Strong documentation, design, and stakeholder communication skills.
