Location: Primary location is Hillsboro, Oregon, US. This role will require an on-site presence.

Salary: $116,160.00–$195,980.00 USD

What you will do

• Design and document functional and non-functional requirements for finance systems.
• Map business processes (Cost of Sales, Inventory, Revenue Recognition) to system flows and create canonical data models.
• Design and automate testing strategies across levels (unit, integration, system, UAT, regression, performance).
• Define and enforce data quality controls, SOX/ITGC alignment, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Own backlog, manage release readiness, and provide hypercare support for system implementations.
• Create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for analytics on testing, operations, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and finance systems.
• 5+ years in data analytics with strong SQL and experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, or SAP.
• 3+ years of functional testing and test script development experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; hirify.global's immigration sponsorship is not available.
• On-site presence required in Hillsboro, Oregon, US.
