Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (SaaS): Onboarding new clients and providing support throughout their deployment, with an accent on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Focus on leading deployments, conducting training sessions, and incorporating hirify.global’s methodology into deployment plans.

Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a remote position, but you’ll be required to go into the office from time to time. Able to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Learn the hirify.global deployment methodology and tools to assist customers during deployment.
• Incorporate hirify.global’s methodology into your deployment plans within Salesforce.
• Work directly with customers and lead their deployments.
• Host end-user and admin training sessions to educate customers on hirify.global products and assist with change management.

Requirements

• Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
• Able to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions, and collaborative sessions.
• Excellent internet connectivity is required.
