Cloud System Engineer (AWS, ERP): Delivering Cloud Operations services, maintaining applications and technical environments, and troubleshooting issues with an accent on ensuring system uptime and reliability. Location: Hybrid role in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do
- Operate in a 24x5x365 support environment to ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Execute scheduled tasks and operational procedures within defined service and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for incident resolution, service requests, and project delivery.
- Participate in training programs and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Manage daily operational tasks following established processes and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Experience in system administration or cloud operations.
- Experience with Windows/Linux system administration.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform.
- English communication skills—verbal and written.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and workflow engine applications.
- Experience documenting technical changes and automation efforts.
Nice to have
- Experience with applications.
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level).
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages; familiarity with AWS SDKs.
- Knowledge of IIS/Tomcat, Active Directory, databases, and operating systems.
- Experience in a customer service or client-facing technical support role.
