What you will do
- Own end-to-end measurement for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute rigorous experiments (RCTs, geo-tests, audience holdouts) to measure campaign effectiveness across marketing channels.
- Build scalable measurement frameworks and establish experimental best practices for lifecycle marketing.
- Apply causal inference methods to measure incremental impact and navigate measurement challenges across different platforms.
- Analyze experiment results and provide optimization recommendations based on statistical evidence.
Requirements
- PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Experience in algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.
- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience in designing experiments and statistical analysis of results.
