What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable ML models for recommendations and relevance.
• Build and enhance end-to-end ML solutions from data preprocessing to production.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve algorithm performance.
• Stay current with ML techniques and contribute to team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Communicate methodologies and results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Education: Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and probability theory.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and enthusiasm for complex challenges.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using PySpark and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
