What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver unified Product Definition Reports for each automotive program.
• Integrate inputs from market insights, user research, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility to define product concepts.
• Ensure alignment across Smart Cockpit, ADAS, EE, AI, and Vehicle Architecture domains for product coherence.
• Perform structured, data-driven analysis of customer needs, market segments, and competitor strategies.
• Support portfolio and lifecycle strategy through feature definition, content selection, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare and present proposals, recommendations, and documentation to management and steering committees.

Requirements

• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in Sweden.
• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Definition Lead within the automotive industry.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-domain, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of product planning principles, including market analysis and benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and quantitative modelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
