Location: Hybrid, based in Warsaw, PL. This role allows for 20 days of remote work from anywhere in the world annually.

What you will do

• Create high-quality creative videos for games, primarily using After Effects.
• Participate in creative reviews to improve video quality based on team feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new concepts, analyse the competitive market, and find ways to improve creative performance.
• Utilise AI video tools to enhance the production process and explore new creative directions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience within the gaming industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Ability to work across various AI tools (Kling, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Minimax Hailuo and etc.).
• Strong understanding of composition, rhythm, and timing in video advertising.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Blender, Adobe Illustrator, or other 3D software.
