What you will do

• Lead workstreams and mentor team members.
• Focus on quality delivery and scalable solutions.
• Proactively mitigate risks.
• Work with SAP GRC and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Understand governance and compliance fundamentals.

Requirements

• Around 7.5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and mentor team members, with a strong emphasis on quality delivery, scalable solutions, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Solid understanding of governance and compliance fundamentals.
• English language skills at least B2 level.
• Availability for remote work based in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal, Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP IAG and/or SAP IDM.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• German language skills at B2 level or above.
