What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team members.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure efficient workflows.
• Support the integration of quality processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Plan and ensure timely and effective delivery of QA goals and status reporting.
• Ensure effective embedding of quality analysts within development teams.
• Coordinate outsourced partners and resources, including task assignment and planning.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a managerial position with demonstrable people management and leadership skills.
• Experience working in the games industry as a quality assurance analyst, ideally in a managerial or lead-level position.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of discipline-specific vocabulary and pipelines.
• Demonstrable experience with automated testing in a AAA games QA environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in testing online or MMO-type games and understanding the associated challenges.
