Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only), allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. There are no in-office requirements, but you must be available five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $92,400 – $132,000 (Base Pay Range)

What you will do

• Build and optimize machine learning models (time series, regression, random forests, gradient boosting, neural networks, gen AI) under guidance.
• Leverage big data cloud technologies and create automated data and modeling pipelines.
• Collaborate with Operations and data engineers to translate business challenges into data science projects and deliver ML software features.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, present modeling results, and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Engineer new features to improve model performance and document modeling steps and assumptions.
• Ensure models comply with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards, and participate in model risk reviews.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of data science experience, or an advanced Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Experience writing production-grade ML models in Python.
• Experience working with cloud data infrastructures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into structured data science solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently.
• Location: Must be based within the U.S.
