What you will do

• Lead UX design for the Riot Mobile team, shaping player experiences beyond active gameplay.
• Translate player needs, product goals, and technical constraints into intuitive interaction models and mobile-first designs.
• Synthesize insights from player research and analytics to inform design strategy.
• Deliver design artifacts such as journey maps, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Visual Design to ship high-quality experiences.
• Communicate design vision and advocate for player needs to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences as a UX, Product, or Interaction Designer.
• Proven experience designing and shipping mobile experiences (iOS and/or Android).
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other modern design and prototyping tools.
• A professional portfolio showcasing past work is required.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, USA.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction/Interface Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with games or large-scale, multi-product ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating across mobile, web, desktop, and console platforms.
