Salary: $153,500–$244,500 USD (US base salary range)

What you will do

• Establish a Configuration-as-Code Foundation by driving the strategy for a unified, machine-readable configuration layer.
• Practice continuous product discovery to identify unmet user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Architect robust system tooling with Engineering for creating solution-agnostic and versioned configurations.
• Democratize access through AI & Observability by building AI-assistants and visual orchestration layers for non-technical domain experts.
• Partner with internal and external personas, empowering them to configure solutions and enabling self-service management.
• Drive strategic alignment, negotiating with stakeholders to ensure the configuration layer supports a broad ecosystem of independent platform systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Product Management or Systems Engineering, with deep understanding of infrastructure and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and fluency in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Exceptional ability to negotiate with and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multi-tenant ecosystems and version-controlled platforms in high-growth environments.
• Work authorization in the US or Canada is required for hybrid locations.

Nice to have

• Experience building Agentic AI or LLM-driven workflow automation.
• Familiarity with healthcare domains, including FHIR data resources and interoperability standards.
• Experience navigating regulated environments such as HIPAA or GxP compliance frameworks.
