What you will do
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and guide them through tailored Ads solutions.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of accounts using segmentation tools to focus on high-value opportunities.
- Apply effective communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills to drive product adoption and close sales.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and on time, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate adaptability, continuous learning, and proactivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
- Advanced English C1/C2 (oral and written).
- Strong active listening, questioning, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to translate technical product information into clear, persuasive value propositions.
- Proven capacity for time management, prioritization, and autonomous portfolio handling.
- Demonstrated proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and building quick customer rapport.
Nice to have
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing or experience working with advertising platforms.
- Previous experience working with Google Ads or similar campaign-based products.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments or contact centers with sales KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
