DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer: Building and optimizing developer efficiency tools and platforms, focusing on AWS infrastructure management, Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines. Accent on using Terraform, Helm charts, GitOps principles, and integrating AI/GenAI services to improve engineering efficiency.

Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania (at least 3 days a week in-office). Opportunity to work remotely for up to 20 days per year.

Salary: 3,000–3,500 USD gross annually

What you will do

• Develop and support AWS infrastructure management using Terraform in AWS (EKS).
• Own and manage multiple Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts.
• Implement automated deployment pipelines using GitOps principles with GitLab CI/CD and Flux CD/Argo CD.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and find opportunities to improve processes.
• Help support existing on-premise platforms with migration to AWS.
• Learn and apply AI/GenAI services to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and experience of Software Engineering processes, automation, and continuous Integration and Deployment practices.
• Experience running applications in containers, on virtual machines, and in the cloud.
• Excellent working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with using observability tools like Datadog, Splunk or similar.
• Experience using Flux CD or Argo CD in real-world settings or personal projects.
