What you will do

• Lead and direct technical functions, including Analysis & Design, Integration, Verification, and Validation groups.
• Verify E2E Quality of Service and stability of solutions, ensuring all project KPIs are met.
• Advise on customer network evolution and strive for project up-scopes.

Requirements

• Experience in E2E solution management or system integration (telecom preferred).
• Knowledge of Fixed IMS and telecom protocols.
• Strong skills in testing, validation, and KPI/performance monitoring.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex technical streams.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing communication skills.
