Salary: $134,600 - $205,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the UI art team, providing feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with UI designers, artists, and the Art Director to create a visually cohesive UI.
• Establish and maintain a clear visual language that complements the game's design and narrative.
• Ensure consistency and quality of the UI art style across all aspects of the game.
• Partner with directors and Production to plan, prioritize, and track UI work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UI artist in the games industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting UI for AAA titles and maintaining a cohesive art style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, or other relevant software.
• Strong artistic sense, balancing creative aesthetics and user-centered functionality.
• Experience leading and mentoring other artists, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience to adapt design principles to create unique UI that reflects the cyberpunk theme.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of Unreal Engine workflows and pipelines.
• Understanding of how UI interacts with gameplay systems within Unreal.
• Familiarity with Blueprints or general scripting principles.
• Deep understanding of the cyberpunk genre.
