Location: Onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Requires extensive travel to customer sites throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What you will do

• Perform installation and configuration of Pure FlashArray and FlashBlade storage systems at customer premises.
• Conduct Non-Disruptive Upgrades (NDUs) for various FlashArray and FlashBlade series.
• Provide basic knowledge transfer to customers on day-to-day storage functions and best practices.
• Work closely with support and other Professional Services teams to ensure successful upgrades and implementations.
• Plan and execute travel to customer sites for installations and upgrades.
• Train partners on FlashArray and FlashBlade installation and NDU procedures.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in storage (SAN and NAS) and server technologies.
• Proficiency in Ethernet, IP Networking, and FC Networks.
• Experience with hardware installation and software configuration.
• Strong experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, and Linux/Unix.
• Ability to create run books, design workbooks, and statements of work.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Consultancy experience and customer-facing skills.
• Eagerness to travel extensively to customer sites.
