What you will do

• Lead regional Citrix projects, migrations, and platform enhancements, aligning with global VDI strategy.
• Act as L3 escalation point for complex VDI incidents, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Manage vendor support cases for Citrix, Nutanix, and cloud providers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with networking, security, and identity teams to integrate Citrix with enterprise services.
• Own VDI monitoring and capacity planning, participating in on-call rotations for critical support.
• Maintain knowledge base, runbooks, and provide guidance to L2 engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, ADC/Netscaler, MCS/PVS, WEM, and Profile Management.
• Proficiency in VDI lifecycle management, including golden image, app layering, policies, and logon optimization.
• Hands-on experience with XenServer and deep knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, routing, OSI).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or bash for administration and automation tasks.
• Experience with Citrix Director, Zabbix, and advanced session/profile debugging.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Nutanix AHV and Prism for VDI workloads.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SAMA, PCI-DSS).
• Experience with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
