What you will do

• Own social media to build presence.
• Create videos and graphics to capture parenting moments.
• Plan strategy using tools like Metricool.
• Prepare monthly reports that explain what flopped, and what's next.
• Respond to comments and DMs.
• Partner with external content creators and keep everyone on the same chaotic wavelength.

Requirements

• Senior-level social media with receipts.
• Can shoot and edit video content.
• A brain wired for trends and culture.
• Know the psychology of parents.
• Independence and hustle.
• Experience with social media management platforms like Metricool or Hootsuite.
• English is a must.

Nice to have

• Experience in unconventional B2C brands (Entertainment, EdTech, parenting, kids' products).
• Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
• A portfolio that makes us go "YES, THIS PERSON GETS IT."
