The role

We are looking for a Manager, Labor Relations EMEA to join the People Experience & Services team in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will lead social dialogue with Works Councils, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws while supporting PVH’s business and brand strategies across EMEA.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about employee relations, negotiations, and stakeholder management in an international environment.

What you’ll do

Social dialogue & Works Council engagement
— Lead consultations and negotiations with the Amsterdam Works Council
— Coordinate information flow with councils in Venlo, Belgium, and France
— Organize mandatory annual consultations with the Works Council and Entrepreneur
— Manage Requests for Advice (RFA) and Requests for Consent (RFC) processes end-to-end
— Prepare consultation documentation, timelines, decks, and official responses
— Maintain documentation, archives, and follow-up actions
— Build strong, trust-based relationships with Works Council representatives and Daily Board

Stakeholder management
— Partner closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders
— Act as a strategic advisor to the Entrepreneur and VP People Experience & Services
— Serve as a subject-matter expert on labor relations topics
— Support organizational changes, restructures, and projects requiring Works Council involvement

Compliance & risk management
— Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and PVH policies
— Collaborate with Legal on employment law recommendations
— Identify and mitigate labor-related risks during business initiatives

Communication & influence
— Translate complex legal topics into clear, actionable guidance
— Facilitate constructive dialogue balancing business and employee interests
— Train managers and stakeholders on European labor law and Works Council practices

What success looks like
— Strong, trust-based relationships with Works Councils
— 100% compliance in all RFA/RFC processes
— Timely, accurate delivery without project delays
— High satisfaction from HR, Legal, and business stakeholders

What we’re looking for
— 5+ years of experience in HR or Labor Relations (EMEA/international environment preferred)
— Proven experience with Works Councils and employee representative negotiations
— Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies
— Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
— Structured, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach
— High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
— Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
— Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
