⚡️Group Legal Counsel⚡️
We’re looking for an experienced Group Legal Counsel to support corporate and immigration matters for a group of international companies. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on real legal execution — from company formation to day-to-day business support — rather than purely advisory work. Close cooperation with business stakeholders and external legal partners.
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus
➡️ Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal Support:
- Register and provide full legal support for Cypriot and international entities
- Draft and manage contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, resolutions, PoAs, internal policies
- Support changes in directors, UBOs, shareholders, and group reorganizations
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the business
- Coordinate with corporate service providers
- Oversee legal and compliance aspects of daily operations
Immigration Services (Cyprus):
- Full-cycle handling of immigration processes (Pink Slip / BCS) for employees and families
- Prepare and submit applications, manage renewals, liaise with Migration Department
- Ensure full compliance with immigration requirements
Advisory & Internal Support:
- Advise on substance and tax residency matters (with accountants)
- Provide recommendations on business and staffing structures
- Translate legal and business documents (EN ⇄ RU) for management
➡️ Requirements:
- Legal degree
- 5+ years of hands-on corporate legal experience in Cyprus
- Ability to independently draft legal documentation and manage transactions
- Direct experience with BCS immigration procedures
- Fluent English and Russian (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of operational business needs and risks
➡️ Nice to have:
- Experience in a corporate services provider or in-house legal role
- Knowledge of Greek
- Exposure to international corporate structures (EU / UK / Asia / US)
