Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00)

What you will do

• Own and maintain risk resilience framework, policies, and standards, including DORA compliance.
• Lead identification of critical operational risks and single points of failure, driving mitigating actions.
• Manage firm-wide risk register and lead RCSA processes across business areas.
• Oversee business continuity plans, design resilience exercises, and scenario tests.
• Coordinate incident responses, conduct impact assessments, and produce post-incident reports.
• Act as bridge between Risk department and business, delivering training and awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Risk Management or related field
• At least 3 years in operational risk, business continuity, resilience or governance in financial services
• Hands-on experience with risk frameworks, owning risk register, and leading RCSA in regulated environment
• Experience designing and delivering resilience exercises or scenario testing
• Track record engaging stakeholders across departments and seniority levels
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills for complex risk assessments
