Event Manager

TL;DR

Event Manager: Own end-to-end delivery of company-wide corporate events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and culture programs with an accent on production, stakeholder collaboration, and engagement analytics. What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of company-wide events like Summer Party, New Year Party, and Programmer’s Day, including goal definition, format design, budgeting, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Organize internal knowledge-sharing events such as hackathons and conferences, collaborating with C-level on content, supporting speakers, and handling promotion with Internal Comms.
• Design and run culture-driven initiatives to boost engagement and belonging, supporting teams with local events.
• Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics; collect feedback and provide reports on event effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event management, with proven track record in large-scale corporate events end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management, including with senior leadership and C-level
• Experience with vendors, budgets, event production, and managing multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset for working with feedback and engagement metrics

Nice to have

• Experience in speaker preparation and content-driven events
