Location: Must be based in London, Southampton, Cardiff or Manchester offices

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality motion design across a wide range of formats, including brand films, social content, UI motion, campaigns and product storytelling.
• Translate creative briefs into clear motion concepts and refined executions.
• Take ownership of motion projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Apply and develop hirify.global’s visual identity thoughtfully in motion across all touchpoints.
• Help define and evolve our motion language, principles and patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design within a brand, marketing or creative studio environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong motion craft, storytelling and original thinking.
• Experience working within a visual identity or brand system.
• High level of knowledge with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing and visual rhythm.
• A collaborative mindset with a high bar for craft and detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar) as well as digital native tools (Rive, Lottie etc)
