Location: Hybrid role with primary base in Sunderland (UK), with flexible options to be based in Gibraltar or Dublin. Expectation to travel to the Sunderland office once a month for team collaboration.

hirify.global is an online gaming product company seeking a talented Animator to join its Brand & Planning team.

What you will do

• Design and produce animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, display advertising, and video content.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to bring static creative assets to life through animation.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to support creative campaigns.
• Ensure animations are optimised for web, mobile, social media, and in-app platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative motion design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) as an Animator or Motion Graphic Designer, ideally within gaming, digital media, or marketing environments.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality 2D and/or 3D animation, motion graphics, and video content.
• Proficiency in animation and motion design software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Experience creating animations for web, mobile, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience using Generative AI tools to support ideation and concept exploration.
• Experience implementing automation to streamline animation and motion design workflows.
